WIN Summit 2025
I led the end-to-end planning and execution of WIN Summit 2025, a premier women’s leadership conference held at Apella in New York City. I developed and implemented the full marketing strategy, managed speaker and sponsor communications, and oversaw logistics across ticketing, production, and onsite experience. With a lean team, I also handled vendor management, budget tracking, and curated details like branded gift bags and signage to ensure a seamless, high-impact event for 300+ attendees.
